Warranty Policy
- All Vending Machines have one (1 year) warranty and FREE spare and motor parts. Labor and transport fee is not included.
- After the expiration of the 1 year warranty period, the Supplier shall provide spare and motor parts for a discounted price.
- All spare and motor parts order doesn’t include shipping. Additional fee will be shouldered by the buyer.
- The Supplier will provide support (live demo, Manuals, Viber and Whats app Chat Support). Soft copy and Hard copy of manuals shall be provided.
- Warranty does NOT cover cracked screens, stolen parts, and damages to the Vending Machine caused by the owner or Third Party.
- Warranty does NOT cover Force Majeure.
- Buyer shall promptly notify the Supplier in writing of any claims arising under warranty.
- Upon receipt of such notice, the Supplier shall coordinate with the Buyer, send instructional videos or catalogues (If location is outside Metro Manila) on how to fix the Machine, within the time period specified in the notice, repair or replace of defective goods or parts thereof, without cost to the Buyer.
- Buyers continued use of the Vending Machine after notifying the Supplier of their defect or failure to conform or breach of warranty will not be considered a waiver of the Supplier’s warranty.
- Changes made in the Vending Machine such as change of wirings, change positions of the payment units, opening the compressor after the delivery shall void the warranty.
- The Supplier further represents and warrants that supplier is qualified to sell the Vending Machine to Buyer, and is a company financially sound and duly licensed, with adequate human resources, equipment, competence, expertise and skills necessary to carry out fully and satisfactorily within the stipulated completion period.
- Warranty does not cover damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Warranty does not cover any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or failure to implement recommended corrective actions shall void all warranties and support obligations.
- Warranty does not cover Normal wear and tear of parts that are expected to require periodic replacement.
- Warranty does not cover Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or external factors beyond manufacturers control.
- Warranty does not cover Damage caused by failure to follow the manufacturer’s operating instruction or guidelines
- Warranty does not cover Consumable items such as batteries
- Warranty does not cover Damage caused by power surgeries or electrical problems not within the control of seller
- Warranty does not cover Damage caused by pests or vermin
- Warranty does not cover Damage caused by environmental conditions such as extreme temperatures, humidity, or exposure to direct sunlight
- Warranty does not cover Damage resulting from vandalism or intentional acts of third parties
- Warranty does not cover Loss of revenue or profits due to downtime of the vending machine for repairs
- Warranty does not cover Damage caused by the use of unathorized or incompatible parts or accessories
- Warranty does not cover Any modifications or alterations made to the vending machine without prior approval from the seller.
- Warranty does not cover Damage caused by the accumulation of dirts, debris, or foreign objects inside the vending machine
- Warranty does not cover Issues related to the quality or safety of the products stocked in the vending machine
- Warranty does not cover Outdoor location Vending Machines where there is a roof but sides are exposed. Vending Machine must be protected from rain, sun, and any lack of protection
- Grounds for the nullification of warranty:
- a.) Three instances of continued refusal to properly care for the vending machine, despite receiving recommended corrective measures, shall constitute grounds for the immediate revocation of all warranties and termination of any live or online support services.
- b.) Failure or refusal to properly clean the vending machine, or to utilize either self-cleaning protocols or cleaning services provided by the supplier’s technical support, as necessary to maintain the machine in optimal condition
- c.) Any instances of cursing, shouting, issuing death threats, threatening, or publicly embarrassing any company staff member, whether in person or through any form of communication, shall constitute grounds for the immediate revocation of all warranties and termination of any live or online support services.
- d.) Any type of legal action.
REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
- BUYER acknowledges that learning the parts of his Vending machines, i.e how to go to settings, set datas, opening a bill acceptor, coin acceptor, setting what payment to receive, changing picture, video, adjust temperature,, cleaning the unit, uploading photos on cloud, taking pictures, use of wheels, simcard port and Add ons are IMPERATIVE to learning as a new owner of the Vending Machine.
- BUYER is also responsible for any troubleshooting of the Vending Machine (i.e moving wires, removing wires, pressing a button in the vmc, inserting usb etc) being physically present in front of the vending machine while troubleshooting with our international technician (unit supplier).
- SUPPLIER shall provide hardcopy and softcopy for all of the units of the Vending such as Vending Machine Manual, Bills Acceptor Manual, Coin Acceptor Manual and other add on units Manual.
- SUPPLIER shall provide Instructional videos for basic Vending Machine Maintenance and Troubleshooting before the unit arrives and updates even after the delivery of the Vending machine to guide the New Vending Machine owner.
- Aftersales support via viber and whatsapp 0976 093 3901. Kindly send pictures and videos (required) for our tech team.
- Buyer shall, at its own expense, maintain the Vending Machine in good condition after the unit delivery, proper cleaning solutions (check the manuals).
- In an event that Buyer doesn’t have the time or for other reason to follow the troubleshooting guide of the Vending Machine, Supplier shall send their Inhouse technician for a fee.
- Inhouse Technician fee within Metro Manila and Clark, Php 1500/day plus transpo. Outside Metro Manila, Php 2000/day plus transpo and accommodation. This price can increase without notice.
- Add on of Php 9000 (MM), Php 12,000 (outside MM) check up and repair every 2 months yearly. This shall be paid in advance + accom. Transpo fee is waived. (optional) . This price can increase without notice.
- Any urgent issue to the Vending Machine that needs our technician and BUYER doesn’t have the time to troubleshoot, pay the Inhouse Tech fee of 1500 plus transpo (email us the receipt), 2,000 – 3000 plus transpo outside Metro Manila. Accomodation is also shouldered by the buyer.
